Japanese artist Tohmei Yamashita’s work features the theme of the “Smile.” As he points out, “Smiles make us all warm and fuzzy. The ‘Smile’ has the ‘power’ to comfort people, regardless of nationality and language. He hopes his hand made ‘smile figures’ will warm the hearts of people from all over the world.” He welcomes custom portrait jobs from photographs.
