Small Box House

This groovy little house is built on the western hillside of Mt. Moiwa, overlooking the city of Sapporo, Japan.  It was designed by Akasaka Shinichiro Atelier, Architects.  The size of the building is a mere 57 m2.  Which is not very large!  Big garden shed size? Well maybe slightly larger.  Just shows that with such a small foot print you need to maximize the space inside, which you can see in the photographs has certainly been done.
